• You have 14 calendar days to return or replace an item from the purchasing date.

• We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases you made on our website, in case of any manufacturer defects. 

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same sale condition that you received it.  You must have a receipt or the order number. 

• Only regular priced products can be refunded, unfortunately, sale products cannot be refunded (replaced only).

• Once you request a return, we will contact you within 2 days 

• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account.

• Shipping services are delivered by our highly qualified logistics team

• Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from placing the order date  

• The shipping fee is 31 SR.  We offer free shipping on orders above 3000 S.R
