يتم شحن جميع الطلبيات من المقر الرئيسي بالمملكة العربية السعودية لجميع أنحاء المملكة ويتم تسليم المنتجات للعملاء بمعرفة احدى شركات الشحن المتعاقد معها، بعد إرسال الطلب ستتسلم رسالة بريد إلكتروني أو رسالة هاتفية لتأكيد الطلبية ثم ستستلم رسالة أو بريد إلكتروني آخر ببيانات الطلبية وما تحتاج إلى معرفته من معلومات 

نحن نبذل أقصى ما في وسعنا لتسليم الطلب في أقرب وقت ممكن ولكن موعد الاستلام يعتمد على تاريخ إرسال الطلب وفي بعض الأحيان قد يستغرق تجهيز الطلبية مدة  6 أيام بحد أقصى قبل أن يتم شحنها
