Our policy grants a full money-back guarantee for all purchases you made on our website in case you are not satisfied for any reason, faced a problem with the product or even received an incorrect order provided that Returns must be in good working order and an undamaged condition. Once you request a return, we will call you within 3 days.

Our policy grants you Zero fees when you return or replace a product but please note that only regular-priced products can be refunded, unfortunately, on-sale products cannot be refunded (replaced only).

Please note that you will not be eligible for a refund After 14 days of receiving the product.
